To facilitate your travels in the Puy du Fou, a small train called "Colporteuse" is at your disposal. People with disabilities have priority to use this service. This little train makes stops approximately every 20 to 30 minutes in the various Puy du Fou stations. Please note that electric wheelchairs and pushchairs cannot use this service.

On Cinéscénie evenings, visitors with reduced mobility can take advantage of a free shuttle bus service from the ticket gate to the seating area. There’s no need to worry about having a great evening!
A car park near the Puy du Fou entrances is accessible to people with reduced mobility, only on presentation of a disability card. To benefit from it, you just have to announce yourself when you arrive in our car park.
Visitors who have visual impairments or who are blind can benefit from a free audio description of all major shows at the Puy du Fou and the Cinéscénie through our mobile application.
"Bourg Bérard": all the stores in the Bourg Berard are accessible to people with disabilities.
The Village of "Chasseloup": we advise you to access it by the entrance next to the Post Office.
"Font-Rognou": This city can be difficult to access because of the steep slopes. We advise you to follow the white itinerary of the accessibility guide or to take the Colporteuse. Recommended stop: Gare des Vikings.
"Saint Philbert le Vieil": we advise you to access it by the entrances located in front of the restaurant "Le Chaudron O", to avoid the slope

Puy du Fou is equipped with loop systems to assist hearing impaired visitors. They are located at the Puy du Fou entrances (at the Information, Tickets and Services desks) and in the reception areas of our hotels. We advise deaf and hearing impaired visitors to pick up an illustrated description of our shows. It is available at the Information desk at the entrance to the Puy du Fou. It's also available from the receptionists at our shows Les Amoureux de Verdun and Le Mystère de La Pérouse.
To facilitate your identification by our teams during your visit and to allow you to use the accesses dedicated to disabled people in our main shows, the Puy du Fou provides you with an Accessibility Pass. This Accessibility Pass must be collected at the Puy du Fou entrances (Information desk) or the Cité Nocturne entrance (ask at reception in the Cité Nocturne hotels) only on presentation of appropriate documentation. This pass is personal, named and dated, but does not guarantee access to specific shows.

Some paths in the Puy du Fou have steep slopes and are therefore unsuitable for wheelchairs and visitors with mobility difficulties. This guide is available at the Information desk at the entrance to the Puy du Fou and at the entrance of the shows "Les Amoureux de Verdun" and "Le Mystère de La Pérouse".
We offer manual wheelchairs for rent (10€/day) and electric scooters for rent (26,5€/day). We thank people with a disability card for consulting us. These two services are available upon reservation and on site (at the "SERVICES" area, located near the Puy du Fou entrances, after the ticket control) within the limit of the stocks at our disposal. Reservations are recommended.
All Puy du Fou hotels have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. To reserve one of these rooms, you must contact our Reservations Team by telephone on +33 2 21 67 55 00 (line dedicated exclusively to people with disabilities). To facilitate the reception of hearing-impaired people, Puy du Fou is equipped with magnetic loops at the hotel reception.

Pets are not allowed at the Puy du Fou. A Canine Pension has been created to welcome them. Only dogs that are tattooed or chipped and have all the compulsory vaccinations are accepted. It is compulsory to make a reservation in advance with our Reservations Team on +33 (0) 820 09 10 10 (0.12€/min from a fixed line), subject to availability.
Of course, our Canine Pension is committed to respecting animal welfare in all its forms, just like the care given to the 1,500 animals at the Puy du Fou.

Puy du Fou offers a self-service locker service near the Puy du Fou entrances, to deposit your belongings and personal effects in complete safety. No reservation is necessary in advance. This service costs from €6.50 for small volumes.
For an additional €25 per person per day (instead of €50 on site), enjoy the Puy du Fou at its best with the Pass Émotion (subject to availability). This supplement gives you reserved seating in the 8 major shows in the Puy du Fou up to ten minutes before the show begins. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Unaccompanied children will be refused entry to the Puy du Fou and all its shows and experiences. Children will also only be allowed to leave the Puy du Fou if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Puy du Fou has changing facilities situated throughout the Puy du Fou.
The shows “Les Amoureux de Verdun”, "Le Premier Royaume", "Le Signe du Triomphe" and “Le Dernier Panache” can evoke strong emotions and their amazing realism may frighten our youngest visitors (as well as anyone disturbed by confined spaces).
The Puy du Fou offers a stroller rental service near the entrances ("SERVICES" area, located after the ticket control). This service is available for a fee (10 euros/day), while stocks last. It is also possible to reserve your stroller at the same time as your tickets or your stay with our Reservations Team, by phone at +33 (0) 820 09 10 10 (€0.12 per min from a landline).
A visit to the Puy du Fou will enable pupils to draw on the knowledge and skills they have learnt in school. The shows, historical villages, 55 hectares of nature, and more than 1500 animals of the Puy du Fou will transport pupils and teachers on a great educational journey. Pupils on school trips must be supervised by responsible adults at all times.

The night show "Les Noces de Feu" is included in the Puy du Fou tickets for any visit during the "Noces de Feu" period (see our opening calendar). The "Special Offer -20%" ticket during the "Stay +" period does not allow access to the "Les Noces de Feu" night show.
It is strictly forbidden to bring any type of weapon, dangerous or illegal objects (such as anything with a blade, cutters, bombs, explosives, scissors, aerosols and gas canisters), drugs or alcoholic drinks to Puy du Fou.
We also advise you to limit the number of personal items, bags and luggage you bring in order to speed up entry to the Puy du Fou. It is possible to leave the park and return throughout the day.
To ensure availability and comfort, we advise you to arrive 30 minutes before the show time advertised in the daily Visitor Guide and on the mobile application.
For artistic reasons, it is strictly forbidden to visit Puy du Fou in costume. Gate staff will be obliged to refuse entry or to ask you to change before you enter the park.

First aiders, doctors and nurses are available throughout Puy du Fou. If you need help, do not hesitate to contact our resident team. You can also visit our infirmary which is located between the "L’Orangerie" restaurant and the "Mousquetaire de Richelieu" show, or the aid station situated behind the Cinéscénie grandstand, on performance evenings. If you need specific medication refrigerated or particular medical equipment delivering, call +33 (0) 820 09 10 10 (€0.12 per minute from a landline) before your visit.
For the small hungers and the big snacks, our fast food outlets offer you various formulas (salads, sandwiches...) all day long. Accepted in all the catering points, the "Coupon-Restauration" can be used as a payment voucher. We offer three different values: 12€, 15€ or 20€. Reservation is mandatory and the coupon is payable in advance. The "Restaurant Coupon" is not dated (valid for the 2023 season) and can be used in several instalments (unit values: 5 €, 4 € or 3 €). To pay for tickets, restaurants or stays at the Puy du Fou, it is possible to use ANCV vouchers, and certain Kadéos, Cadhoc or Tir Groupé vouchers. For these methods of payment, you must make your reservation by phone at +33 (0) 820 09 10 10 (0,12€/min - from a landline) at least 15 days before the date of visit. These checks must imperatively bear the name and address of the beneficiaries, and respect the validity date.
There are plenty of toilet facilities available in the Puy du Fou. They include disabled toilet facilities.

The gates of the Puy du Fou open at 9.30am. The Puy du Fou is open from 9.30am – 7pm during the special offer season, and from 9.30am – 10.30pm during the "Les Noces de Feu" season. During the "La Cinéscénie" season, it is open from 9.30am – 9pm.
Cinéscénie starts at 10.30pm in May/June/July and at 10pm in August/September. You are requested to arrive 1 hour before the start of the show. The production lasts 1 hour 40 minutes. For your comfort, we recommend warm clothing.

Every day, the Puy du Fou application and the Visitors' Guide, available at the entrances and in our hotels, inform you of the times of each show as well as many practical information.

Our hotel reception desks are open 24 hours a day whenever the hotel is open. Rooms are available from 4pm and must be vacated before 11am on the day of your departure.
Puy du Fou hotel rooms can accommodate up to 5 people (at least one of which must be an adult), except at the “Villa Gallo-Romaine” and the "Grand Siècle" which can accommodate up to 4 people – at least one of which must be an adult. Beds are as follows: 1 double bed (160cm x 200cm), 2 bunk beds. A folding bed can also be added on request. WiFi is available in the reception areas, restaurants and rooms of our themed hotels.
For the deaf or hard of hearing, vibrating ear pieces can be provided (upon request and subject to availability).
For the blind or visually impaired, remote controls with oversized keys can be provided (upon request and subject to availability).
When the temperature rises, you will need to take the usual precautions. But if you need to shelter from the heat, our ancient forest is a wonderful place to go. All shows offered to visitors are designed to be presented regardless of the weather. All our shows are therefore maintained in case of rain. There are also many covered venues, such as "Mousquetaire de Richelieu", "Le Mystère de La Pérouse", "Le Premier Royaume", "La Renaissance du Château", "Les Amoureux de Verdun", "Le Dernier Panache" or "Le Mime et l'Etoile", which provide shelter from the weather and heat.
We welcome motorhomes and converted vehicles to our service area, which has 650 spaces available. The first 7 hours of parking are free. (Starting from €5.90, except for Annual Pass holders; please refer to the pricing table displayed on-site at the Information Point; payment by credit card only). The following services are available on site: drinking water, emptying, electricity terminals to share, shuttle service and an Information Point.

If you choose to come by train, this station can be reached from any of France’s major TGV routes, including from Paris, Marseille, Strasbourg and Lille. There is a shuttle bus from Angers TGV station to Puy du Fou. Tickets cost €16,90 per person (single) and €33,90 per person (return) and must be booked in advance. Parking is free in all Puy du Fou car parks. The various parking areas are accessible one hour before Puy du Fou opens and until one hour after closing. Visitors who have booked a stay in Puy du Fou hotels must park directly in the Cité Nocturne car parks.
